Sales of the first neighborhood of homes at Koa Ridge officially began July 12. Six contemporary floor plan designs are now available and range in size from 1,329 to 2,228 square feet of living area. These three- and four-bedroom detached single-family condominium homes provide maximum flexibility for homeowners, with options to add a fifth or sixth bedroom, an extra family room, or even a den that can serve as the perfect home office for remote work or distance learning.
