Homes sales have officially started at KOA RIDGE

CASTLE & COOKE’S NEW “SURBAN” COMMUNITY

After years of planning and government approvals, sales at Castle & Cooke’s new master-planned community in Central O‘ahu have officially begun. Hawai‘i’s first “surban” community, Koa Ridge combines all the conveniences of city living with the comforts and wide-open spaces of a beautiful suburban neighborhood. It’s truly the best of both worlds.

When you live at Koa Ridge, you’ll feel like you are part of a much larger ‘ohana. At its core, you’ll find the Village and Koa Ridge Gateway alive with sidewalk cafés, retail shops, restaurants and services. And in the middle of it all, you’ll find the Village Green, where people gather for cultural events and other activities. Art exhibits. Craft shows. Hula performances. Open markets. Movies on the Green. If there’s an event, it will most likely take place at the Village Green, the heart of Koa Ridge.

Getting around Koa Ridge will be easy and convenient, too. The 7.5-mile Hō‘ala Trail pedway, which is separated from the main roadways for added safety, will provide residents with the option to walk or bike to parks, services and amenities located throughout the community. This will encourage a more active and healthier lifestyle.

Sales of the first neighborhood of homes at Koa Ridge officially began July 12. Six contemporary floor plan designs are now available and range in size from 1,329 to 2,228 square feet of living area. These three- and four-bedroom detached single-family condominium homes provide maximum flexibility for homeowners, with options to add a fifth or sixth bedroom, an extra family room, or even a den that can serve as the perfect home office for remote work or distance learning. After all, sometimes the safest place to be is right at home.
