Many homeowners have found that stay-at-home time is the perfect time to work on projects they’ve never had the time to consider. From simple upgrading of fixtures to complete kitchen and bath renovations, tasks that have been postponed for a “rainy day” are being completed. And on Sand Island Access Road, customers are once again shopping at Rui Building Supply for all of their stay-at-home home improvement projects.

“Our company has just reopened,” reports manager Jon Xie. “Our stock is much the same, because there have been no new shipments of international cargo, but most of our original inventory is still pretty high, including our stock of cabinets.”

Xie is referring to Rui’s handsome, sleek acrylic-finish cabinets. Crafted in a simple Shaker-style, the lovely frameless cabinets are available in clean white and rich espresso shades. They’re scratch-resistant and easily maintained with soap and water.

“The smooth, grainless surfaces of these cabinets look terrific in modern and newly renovated homes with transitional styling,” Xie comments. “And customers always tell me that they love how simple they are to maintain.”

With an extensive selection of merchandise from flooring to chandeliers, and almost everything in between, Rui Building Supply continues to offer a showroom of affordable options for do-it-yourselfers. Stock includes showers and bathroom vanities; apothecary cabinets; chrome and bronze towel racks, bars and rings; and sinks and basins in porcelain and glass. There’s also a selection of quartz and granite countertops in more than a dozen shades and styles. The showroom also features a collection of LED light fixtures specifically selected with island homes in mind.
